By accessing or using Video Extend, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Service Scope

Video Extend provides AI video generation features, including text-to-video and image-to-video workflows. We may update, improve, or remove features over time.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Video Extend, including through prompts, uploads, generated outputs, edits, transformations, or distribution, to create, process, or share:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, erotic, sexual, sexually suggestive, or sexually explicit content;
• nudity or sexualized nudity;
• sexual content involving minors, any sexualization of minors, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, sexual exploitation, coercion, or sexual violence; or
• unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.

You also agree not to abuse the service, bypass rate limits, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer the service, or resell or misuse the platform without permission.

Our Acceptable Use Policy provides additional content-safety rules and forms part of these Terms.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated systems and human review to moderate prompts, uploads, and generated outputs for compliance with these Terms. We may block a request, refuse generation, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. Where required by law, we may preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Content Rights

• You retain rights to prompts, uploads, and outputs to the extent permitted by law.
• Video Extend retains rights to the platform, software, branding, and service infrastructure.

Payments

• Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit purchases are subject to the pricing shown at checkout.
• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once processed.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users or the platform.

Disclaimer

Video Extend is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or perfect output quality.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video Extend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Video Extend after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
